Conditions of Sale

• The successful high bidder (auction only) must complete the sale transaction within 7 days from the end of the auction. Otherwise, high-bidder will be considered as a NON-PAYING buyer.
• While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details is unintentional.
• We are committed to work through any issues you may have in accordance with our policies unless negative feedback has been left or threatened.

Warranty

• The buyer has the responsibility to send back the faulty item.
• 7 days refund policy. It is not acceptable for refund/replacement to take place if buyers feel unhappy because the item was not what they expected, or they have changed their mind.
• Shipping and Handling is NOT refundable on any transaction.

Returns

• Buyers must return the item within 7 days of auction in all of the original packaging and copy of the invoice.
• All returns must be accompanied with a return authorization (RA) number.
• All returns without the RA number will not be accepted.
• Replacements will be exchanged or refund provided at our discretion within 10days from the day we receive the returned merchandise or eligible refund request.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Delivery

• Please allow 1 - 3 months depending on type of order and length of waiting list for custom orders. 
• Tribal Rootz is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods.
• If problems do arise, please contact us, and we will endeavor to resolve any issues prior to leaving feedback.

Liability

• Our entire liability to you or any third parties under any circumstance is limited to the sale price of the relevant goods.

Returns
