The current wait time is 2 weeks.
I will do my best to get your order out to you in a timely manner. Each item is custom created. I am not a warehouse or manufacturing facility. I take time to give each of you the highest quality possible. All details are sewn by hand. I add hidden beading, tiny sequins, amulets and other details that will set your costume apart to have its one of a kind look.
Expected arrival date is an estimation depending on your order. If for some reason it takes longer then expected then you will be notified by email at that point either you can have your money refunded with no product shipped or you can wait until the work is completed.
Once the product has been shipped I will notify you with an email. Please allow 5 to 10 working days before notifying me if you have no received the package yet. There will be a tracking number. Packages are sent USPS Priority and can be insured. Just let me know.
I love what I do and look forward to creating my artwork for you for a long time. I hope I can give you the special design and look each of you deserve.

I offer a service I do have the right to refuse service to anyone.
Meaning at the first sign of verbal and written threats, harrassment by emails or my home phone I will cancel and scratch the order immediately. I am pretty easy to communicate with. So just let me know if there is a problem or question.

Purchase of the items is not a license to use the designs and does not lend to duplication permission in any form. Changing (except to resize), duplicating, loaning, sharing in any way, or any transfer of the designs is a violation of Title 17 U.S.C., et seq. Tribal Rootz allows only the purchaser to use finished craft items for resale. No other permission is written or implied.

Shipping & Returns
I do not give refunds any of the items such as: Bras, belts and Kuchi jewelry. The majority is used and vintage and will not be perfect. Items are hand sewn. Most of the jewelry is old, some dirty and some with missing gems, stones or items. They are all authentic.
I will give refunds for defective returned items such as: CDs, books, and videos.
Replacements will be exchanged or refund provided at our discretion within 10 days from the day we receive the returned merchandise or eligible refund request. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
For Kuchi Items
Old Authentic Costumes, Textiles & Jewelry from Afghanistan & Pakistan can be old & worn in places, missing bits and pieces, dented and some pretty dirty. Some buttons and coins are reproductions yet still from Pakistan and authentic.
There is no minimum and no overseas freight cost when ordering these items from me. I will keep these as well as some of the wholesale lots of coins and buttons as private sales. Makes it nice for merchants.
The majority of the time I do have the coins and buttons in stock. For large orders such as 500 + there may be that delay so please email me first if needed by a deadline. I will do my best to get them to you as soon as possible. For bulk orders email your request. I will send you a separate wholesale invoice.
Custom Bras
With all bras: If you see a style you like but want little changes. It is no problem. If you want to add metal drape, a pendant, take out something, change a color, tweak it a little or have a certain bra in mind that you can describe to me I will do my best to make what it is your thinking of.
Everyone seems to love their dance bras. The only challenge right now is the time. But I do my best to make it as quickly as possible. I will email you if I feel I am running a bit behind or/and I will add something because you had to wait extra days.
I do not give refunds for Bras because of it being an under garment. If it plain does not fit and you need to trade it for a larger or smaller size just send it back unused and I will replace it.
